Great advice and great Advocacy
I am so dissatisfied with the service we received from Nicole hull. She showed up to court in sweatpants and sandals with her hair in a messy bun. I was so embarrassed. And she absolutely destroyed my sons case He lost custody of his 8 year old son because she only wanted to get out of there and told him he had to sign the paperwork presented to him. That paperwork caused him to loose custody of his son. I would not hire her ever again not even to represent my dog. The GAL scared her away and she left us high and dry with no representation Don’t hire her unless you want to loose your case. I’m reporting all these people including the GAL to the bar. Nicole was paid up until February 2023 and left us on our on on January 17. Saying she couldn’t handle this case. Then why did she take our money. We now have no representation and court next month. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Literally ruined our lives especially my precious grandson who is now living in an abusive controlling home with his mother and abusive stepfather who is nothing but a bully and And bullies my grandson⮮as well as the mother. My grandson was diagnosed with ptsd because of this man (his mother met on fb and doesn’t know from adams house cat) Waving a loaded gun and threatening to kill his father I am totally Devastated and so is the whole family and going to report her to the bar. She never cared at all or she could have done something besides making it worse. Don’t waste your money on this lawyer.
After paying for an initial consultation, we were required to reschedule our call last minute. The call eventually went well and we verbally agreed to have The Hull Firm represent us. We were told an agreement would be emailed for signature. Weeks have passed since we’ve heard from anyone at the firm. We’ve followed up with multiple calls and received no call back. We are now stuck with no representation and filling out court documents on our own as we trusted the word of Nicole and her firm. If you’re going to require potential clients to pay for an initial consultation, you should at least be upfront and tell them if you can’t/won’t represent them.
