I’ve had a basic car accident settlement case with them since March 2023. In 2 ALMOST 3 years there has been no solid update on my case, can barely get a hold of my lawyer, and when I finally do, I get a run around. Finally agreed on an amount to settle, TWO MONTHS AGO, still no paperwork being signed. Just no movement. I’ve called up here to complain about the handling of my case and all they continue to do is just have my lawyer FINALLY call me and nothing else. I’m at my whits end with this and will be figuring out what legal action can be taken against them and contacting the bar association to file a complaint.
