“Ineffective council!” Fare WARNING!” if you love your family member do not hand them over to this man! when I think of Joseph Gerstein, he’s absolutely of horrible character. He lacks integrity and that’s free. Hes was never available to answer questions. Or Phone calls, He would never go see my brother in prison after paying his retainer, He wouldn’t even answer his phone calls. We never knew what was going on unless we asked him, He kept us stressed out. I would not recommend Joseph Gerten,to my worst enemy. He took my father‘s hard earned money. $10,000 with no plans on trying to help me and my brother family reach our ultimate goal We paid him to do something . He did nothing. He didn’t even try. My family knew nothing about My Brother‘s case. I’m the only one and so my family trusted me to find this lawyer and to be able to communicate with him, he didn’t even respect that ! all he did was try to talk to my father because he knew that my father new nothing about My brother‘s case so he never knew what questions to ask. Joseph is not a problem solver he will put you into a problem deeper than you were before and he’s gonna sleep very good at night. A, lawyer’s code of ethics requires unwavering loyalty, confidentiality, competence in diligence, placing the clients interest above self interest and provide competent representation while acting as honest advisors within bounds of the law. He broke every coat of ethics. Communication and loyalty. Oh, he doesn’t have that diligence. If you’re expecting promptness from this guy, then you’re waiting on pigs to fly, he’s incompetent, these duties are designed to ensure the legal system serves the client legitimate rights! Now we have a lot more work to do. because of what he done and what he didn’t do. I believe all those good reviews are fake or his friends. I wouldn’t give him a single star Joseph is heartless after he gets his money youll find out. So roll down your window take your money and throw it out because if you hire him that’s what you’re gonna do.
