They have wasted two weeks of my time waiting for a response. Never calling back. I am tired of chasing them.
I was in a accident with injuries. Unfortunately insurances love to work together and work for the best interests of themselves. After months of headache I reached out to Truitt! They went above and beyound and fought for me. You have to be patient and trust. It takes time to settle. I never had any problem reaching them. They would always touch base within 24hrs if out of office. They got info I could not get. For example my own insurance wouldn’t provide or confirm on police report what insurance the driver had if any at all. I have never had to hire a Lawyer before. I was skeptical but I would do right away next time. When you have injuries in accident. Do not give statements or go on record until speaking to a lawyer to advise you. I got lucky and declined to make statement or go on record because I didn’t know how my injuries would go and had advice to hold off. They are very good to their employees and promote within. Thank you again Truitt Law Service’s You saved me from the headache and I was able to be taken care of because of you and your staff. I was able to move on and get back to my normal life.
