Ok I am in a nursing home rehbilitation center I have food allergies. They ran out of my meds for the second time in a month. I can not eat without, loctos internet, it is an over the country med. I don’t understand. Too it off they gave me the old meds trying to pass it off as mine. I would have gotten sick. They have me a dirty CPap machine infested with mold. One nurse tried to give me my roommate’s meds that included oxy. Which I am highly allergic to.
And they are doing nothing to help. No good I can eat not even trying. Family sent food last night. I am starving. If I miss treated my customs like this I would have been fired, in jail, or out of business. If you go into their reviews, which are payed for, there is a review on how some women died because she was giving the wrong meds for a UTI infection and went sepsis. We hear stories like that all the time. Just to show I am not the onl

I was burned by a large cup of hot coffee at Wendy’s on my lunch break and I ordered a small cup. I now have a second degree burn on my left hand that looks very bad and has changed my skin color and is causing harm to my body because of the pain. I have pictures and a case number for reference to the incident that happened. I would be thankful for some kind of settlement in my case to help me get threw the pain I have gone threw.
