I had the best experience with Alex through my case! He was very professional and got back to me in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend going and talking to them about your questions and or concerns! I was new to this whole experience and Alex walked me through the entire experience!! Responds to emails promptly. Paralegal was gracious and helpful in phone conversation. Write a nice letter declining case. For all the success noted in reviews guess there has to be a failure.
