wont return your calls, even when it is a time sensitive matter. Secretary always connects you to a persons maillbox phone system to have them return your call, then you have to call again, and again to get help.You never talk to Phil Black after he files the chapter 13 case. Need legal advice after case filed you have to leave a message for the understaff , and again they do not call you back in a timely manner!
