They represented me in the 3M mass tort litigation. They reached out to me maybe once or twice, every other line of communication was initiated by myself. When I brought concerns to their attention they dismiss them, including EIF claims in which I was correct and assuming they were doing it incorrectly. They did not submit my medical records which as a result I was offered substantially less money. When I called to address this the paralegal working for them actually laughed at me and then tried to accuse me of offending her when I caught her laughing at me and not paying attention to what I was saying. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I’m a purple heart recipient, I’ve worked hard my entire life, and I don’t ask people for handouts. All I ask for was that day treat my case was professionalism and with the appropriate attention required for a desirable outcome. All of the heavy lifting was already done by a different law firm, all they had to do was submit paperwork and they could not even do that.
