Received a bill from the condo association for $1,177.00, I contacted Nicky regarding the issue. Her response “It does appear this should have been collected at closing. This document is obtained by the seller’s attorney and forwarded to us. I apologize for the oversight.” This is absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to figure out a way to pay for something that was not budgeted for. Apparently this is not the first time…I read some of the other reviews.
