Swartz & Lynch helped us with an unscrupulous merchant. They’d quoted a set dollar amount to do boat repairs and when it came time to pickup the boat, the bill was almost twice as they’d quoted! The repair shop in Marblehead, MA claimed it was a “difficult job” (they all are!) Atty Lynch came to our rescue and after some calls and a demand letter, and a meeting was able to reduce the bill to a much more palatable amount. I highly recommend Swartz & Lynch.
