I was in a motorcycle accident in 2017. The driver of a large truck did not see me and pulled out into me. Tina – their Medicare specialist – was able to help arrange for payment of my medical expenses and actually was able to find ways to smooth out the process for me. We actually had to file a lawsuit against the company to get them to finally pay for my bills and reach a settlement that was appropriate for my case.
