I was injured in a work related accident 7/2023. My injury required surgery, then I had an infection post op. I needed antibiotics for 4 weeks, a PICC line was required. When I was doing better I contacted Tanner Pascal, Esq at Stark&Stark she was extremely professional, kind and informative. Tanner’s Paralegals contacted me on several occasions. They are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My case settled just 2 weeks ago. So be patient. I highly recommend Stark and Stark for handling your Workman’s Comp Case. It was convenient. I only needed to go there once to sign my settlement papers, none of this running back and forth to the lawyer’s office. Primarily communications were via Email. On a scale of 1-10 I would grade a 10. I was really very pleased with the entire process!
