Great people they helped us alot

Went from a 5 to a three. A bill that should of been paid out of my workers compensation showed up. Contacted them and didn’t get any help. Was a long time ago but still someone dropped the ball and my State return was held. They said records were in a warehouse and they would see what they could find. After weeks and not hearing from them I contacted the records department and got my file. Little Ole me. Not an attorney can find a way but they couldn’t? I forward a pdf of the records and I have not heard back. THANKS
