The “Free Case Review” is far from a consultation. After speaking at length with an assistant regarding my issue, I was told they would contact me in a few days to discuss my case. Instead, I got a generic email saying that they were not interested in helping me. Didn’t give a reason as to why they think my case is unwinnable, just that they’re gonna pass. How is that a consultation? Tell me WHY you aren’t interested so I am not spinning my wheels pursuing something unwinnable. Oh and a nice little reminder at the bottom of the email stating to not bother replying to the email because the account is “unmonitored”. Bad form all around.

Took immediate information and then connected me with a case manager (Kris), who assisted me online with going over legal paperwork (all details), access for existing medical info and signing. All was clearly presented and helpful. Thank you.
