I contacted Jon to update my trust documents. He seemed to have a good working knowledge of this estate planning tool and his advice was clear and concise. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly! I feel confident about working with him in the future.

This is regarding their St. George office. My grandmother died Dec. 20th. My mom was named First Trustee and Executor but Mr. Awerkamp would only speak to the second trustee, my aunt. My aunt does not abide by the written wishes of my grandmother and won’t acknowledge my mother. Shes never spoken to him, so theres no reason he would dislike her. Finally, because my grandmother died on December 20th, the lawyer would not even meet with my aunt (not my mom) until January 4th! Unprofessional, not abiding by will. Please dont trust your affairs in the hands of this man.
