Had a consult and Tyler was great at explaining the process. Booked an appointment for meeting 2, front desk lady gave us a card for about a month out and heard nothing more. Called the day of the appointment to confirm, they had nothing for us on their schedule. Agreed to reschedule for 2 weeks later, got confirmation etc. Called day before to double check and ask what we needed to bring. Front desk lady could not answer any questions, could not provide any details. I asked about will vs trust and she went on an uneducated tangent. Decided to reschedule so we could be prepared. Received meeting dates for 9pm, then a prior day (already past), then 2 more. If I cannot trust the front of the house to schedule a meeting or provide generic information, how can I trust the firm that important private documents won’t get lost or misplaced?
