John Harrington is the worst of the worst.

He consulted with me, received all of my confidential correspondence and case material in a custody matter and then ghosted me. A month or so later he shows up representing my ex.

Why he was representing her, he gave me legal advice to help me defeat her. He advised me on what legal action to take and I took it.

The judge ruled in my favor, based on the legal advise this attorney gave that was contrary and adverse to his client’s best interests.

Then, He decided to lie to Judge Howard Kaulfold to further sabotage his client. His client was subpoenaed to produce “All recordings made” by her from a specific date. His client provided these recordings to him. He signed Certificate informing the court that he provided me with those recordings pursuant to the subpoena. Tina Sanders from the Bleckley County Sheriff’s Office contradicted Harrington’s assertions to the court and then John Harrington passed the blame off to his staff.

Then he produced a 7 minute recording in court and told the judge that was only recording that existed. His client provided him with 2 recordings, one much longer than 7 minutes. Harrington told his client “The judge doesn’t need to know about the earlier recording.”

Judge Kaufold ultimately found Harrington’s Client Guilty of destroying the longer recording and rather than accept responsibility for the withholding of the evidence, Harringtons actions, adverse to his clients, resulting in a finding of the court that his client was an “unfit parent.”

If you hire John Harrington and he thinks you’re a bad client, it’s a very good possibility that he will throw you under the bus and sabotage your case like he did for his client in my case.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

Was told my divorce would take 6 months tops and it ended up taking over a year when my ex husband was INCARCERATED. There was no reason it should have took as long as it did. They just didn’t do their job and took their time with it! I was given a set price from the beginning, I paid in full and then was asked for more money after my divorce was finally finalized! Good luck ever getting them on the phone. I would call 3 times a day every day and would barely get a call back. Very unprofessional and very slow service.

I am very disappointed with the services from this office. I called eight times and left several voicemails after not receiving the service that I paid for. I asked for a refund but have not received that either. I do not recommend this attorney office!
