Understanding that mistakes happen, the process of correcting your mistakes should be that of an urgent nature!

Everybody got their share of the settlement. The lawyers, the doctors, the assistants and whomever else who might’ve helped with my son’s case.

But when he gets his check, they put a wrong number on it, forgot to put the suffix on his last name and had him come back to the office to get a new check and had him waiting over 5hrs in the lobby to get that done!

That’s beyond frustrating & disheartening!

People go through alot during the healing process from an injury, and whereas money isn’t going to speed up the recovery process, it does help with time off work or loans you might’ve taken out to help you along the way while a settlement was being negotiated!

I understand that mistakes happen! But the lack of care & urgency to fix it is what’s unfortunate! Not a good feeling & definitely not good business practices!

I rate this company a 1 star for lack of urgency, empathy, integrity, compassion, good principles, and simply care for people’s time!

Jess and Richard are amazing lawyers and men in general. I would recommend these 2 to everyone and theu care about you and your care. They also go above and beyond for you to make sure you get what you need and deserve.

They have a very hard time in returning calls.
