We are still working my case but so far she has been a shark. A huge help and asset to my case. She’s not about making friends but rather representing me and my husband at all costs.

I was given Skinner as a court appointed lawyer for my CPS case for my daughter and I had to reach out to her actually the first time to make contact. I kept leaving her office messages but she wouldn’t call me back and finally she picked up the phone when I called and I got to talk to her but that took a little over a month. I would voice my concerns about my daughter and she would agree and let me know she would take care of them and nothing would ever get done . Also, I had left a box of evidence that was crucial to the case at her office that she was suppose to get copies made and get to the judge and the other side for evidence and everything but instead it sat in her office for 2 months without me even knowing this until it was brought up in court and that was the last draw, I had enough so I ask the judge for another lawyer and it was granted . She just didn’t do her job and it seemed like she didn’t care because at one point she didn’t even show up to court and there was no notice or anything. It was just unprofessional behavior all the time. I don’t recommend her at all. Of course she will only try and justify her behavior and blame it on others.
