“I injured my foot at a gas station when I slipped on some spilled diesel fuel that had accumulated near a diesel pump. I ended up undergoing multiple surgeries and continue to have issues to this day. Another attorney recommended that I meet with Anthony Skemp to determine whether I had a meritorious case against the gas station. After meeting with me, Tony decided to take on my case. After filing suit and going through the litigation process, we were able to resolve the case short of trial. Tony advised me at every stage of the litigation as to my options. During the pendency of the litigation, he was honest and forthright. He told me the good, the bad and the ugly, putting me in a position to evaluate my options. In the end, I decided to forego trial and settle the case. I was extremely pleased with my settlement decision. I would recommend Tony to ANYONE looking to hire an injury attorney
