I was unfamiliar with the litigation process and not exactly sure I wanted to pursue it. My first meeting with Roy and Harvey changed my mind. They were very thorough in explaining each step in terms that I could understand. By the time I left that first meeting, I trusted them to move forward with my case if they thought it was viable. Harvey took over from there, and he was great to work with. He has enthusiasm and integrity and did many hours of research on my behalf. In fact, everyone I came in contact with at Shim & Chang, including the office staff, was polite and professional. In the end, I received a very fair settlement, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
