Your customer service needs much improvement starting with your receptionist. I have experienced rude behavior, which is unacceptable.

This company is outstanding! They went above and beyond. We dealt with Kerry OHara, she was very helpful and was always on top of our case. Kerry always made sure the case was moving along and never waisted anytime. If it wasn’t for this company we would still be trying to get my husband’s surgery approved. If you ever need a good, honest company for a workers comp case give them a try.
