I watched Mr. Savage continue to make commitments for over half a year to review case files that never happened (while my boyfriend was battling cancer). He made empty promises and failed to follow through on communications. Overall it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience that left everyone frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this same experience to others, please invest your time and energy elsewhere.
