I called to see if I had a potential federal tort claim, medical malpractice or negligence. I spoke with Attorney Caras for a very long time on two different occasions. He is extremely educated, honest, professional and most of all compassionate for a man in his line of work. He is very frank and to the point, honest with the odds and expounds on why and the potential costs involved. I say all this to say, if you need a lawyer that has grit and stamina to contest the lies of medical negligence, he is definitely the man. He made me feel at ease in knowing my willingness to try to advocate and get results was not unnoticed. The odds were against my case. I highly respect the fact that he took the time to hear me out, look over my documents and then explain why or why not and so on. I would call him again in a heartbeat, no question about it.
