I called the firm for a birth inJury case. When I asked what I thought was a very reasonable question, the Paralegal simply said it “because we need it”. When I explained that I didn’t understand why, and would like to understand that better he became condescending and just restated his conclusion and even raised his voice and interrupted me. I ended up hanging up on him. I can tell you that in 4+ decades of business I’ve hung up on two people. I have a very high threshold for tolerance. So to reach that threshold I believe it illustrates how rude and unprofessional this person was.

For that reason alone I would not hire this company. It seems like they are more interested in getting the fast easy buck from an insurance claim.

I requested a consultation and was called by a paralegal who was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She had a poor attitude and didn’t want to be bothered with ny case. When I asked to speak to someone else, she refused and ended the call. This is definitely not the type of service I was expecting and I’m not willing to spend my hard earned money on people like that. Good luck to everyone else.

I called these guys because I spent time at gwuh Hospital in dc. I had multiple injuries. severe brain damage or SAH and I had surgery on my hips. They put a siren in my room for my hips neglecting my severe brain damage. These guys told me I don’t have a case. I left the hospital because the vmat machine was too loud and bothering me badly. Hospital staff did not care. They were expecting me to die because of my brain injury yet they placed a siren type machine in my room. Make it make sense. oh and everything I was complaining about was documented in my medical records and I have my medical records
