They sent wrong client info repeatedly- careless mistakes, and would you want a stranger getting your personal info?

Stay away!

My father died from mutliple mistakes by multiple medical entities with written proof on his death certificate. Apparently death doesn’t meet the damage criteria of this office with the website caringlawyers. I would steer clear of this office if you are truly looking for more than an open and shut case. This case will be an opportunity to expose the systemic breakdowns that are rampant in our health care industry and they turned the other way because they don’t think they can make a quick buck. Maybe they should rethink their website. I think typicalgreedylawyers is still available. Extremely disappointed by a canned response from a receptionist. The people I interacted with were kind but they are not the decision makers.

It took them forever to get back to us and then it was by letter. If they would have called they would have had more of an explanation. You can’t talk to a patient on pain meds and expect detailed information. I had to give one star but if I had my choice they wouldn’t have gotten any. Very poor communication!!
