So I had an accident in April. I went to the emergency room two days after I contact this law firm. I sent them my discharge paper. I never had a conversation with my lawyer. It was always even a case manager or I call the office and I speak to somebody that came to the phone. My first conversation with the actual attorney was today I go to court Monday. He argued me down about me not telling the emergency room doctor about any other injuries, but on my paperwork, it says, otherwise that’s how I know. He didn’t care enough to read my file. These people are very unprofessional, especially the lawyer. I tried to have a conversation with him and explained to him that since this is my third concussion, I can no longer drive or carry a DOT card. He argue me down. He didn’t listen to what I had to say, even though they don’t have my medical files even though they didn’t do anything on their behalf they sent me to physical therapy yes, but they never sent me to go get my brain checked out they never did the stuff that they was supposed to now a couple of days before my hearing I have to come up with my old medical files to give them to them. This is crazy. I don’t believe that this is how law firm shall operate on top of that we question and then what he told me he got an attitude and walked out of the room. Wow I was still on the phone. That’s very unprofessional. It’s unprofessional to have my case on the back burner and wait to a couple of days before my actual hearing date to try to catch yourself up is very unprofessional that you blame me that I didn’t get an MRI when you’re the lawyer that I hired you sent me the physical therapy, but you didn’t get me to go see a brain doctor, a eye doctor or any other doctor to check out my leg, but somehow it’s my fault. I don’t trust them no more. This is the second case this is the second time I don’t recommend this law from at all. They don’t communicate with you. They don’t do anything.

This firm should receive no STAR. Very combative, dishonest, unable to comprehend basic dialogue that involves questions, quick to impose their opinions without clarity. A complaint has been filed with the Attorney Grievance Commission and one with the state disciplinary board. Steer clear.
