A Bitter Sweet.. A bitter, that morning going to work, when someone ran into the back of my vehicle. A sweet, when I detained Robertson and Robertson. Mrs. Robertson is very approachable and sensitive to my needs. Several issues arise with the insurance company, and Mrs. Robertson handled it, and it was in my favor. The problems was solved immediately. The negotiation and settlement, the other half, Mr. Robertson held the baton, he was very straight forward. He cared about the satisfication of the outcome of my case, and it was done in matters of days. Last, but not least, the staff. Everytime I called or enter the office it was with outmost respect and catered to my needs. The office is a calm, peaceful atmosphere and was always greeted with a smile.
