Tomasiello Jr. for over 32 years. During this time he has helped with legal council for the creation of each company I owned, with contracts from clients, litigation (when needed for the past 32 years), purchase of our few building for research (a total of 75,000 square feet), purchase of personal property, investments, from very small to very large. A nephew who is a lawyer will supervise distributions on the basis of my will. He prefers someone experienced in will writing to clarify its elements. Anthony N. Tomasiello Jr. is such a person. As a bachelor with four brothers and one sister who have predeceased me, I have numerous inheritors among their children, plus something should go to the order of nuns to which an aunt belonged and to diocesan retired priests and nuns. Working out percentages has not been easy. My nephew has approved each of several revisions to the will. So do I.

Tony Tomasiello was our attorney on our first real estate close a few months prior.
