I just got off the phone with Jack O’Connor. He was full of angst and rushed through the whole conversation. Speaking way too fast, making me feel unimportant. Then, after he said, he couldn’t help me when a dentist hurt my mouth terribly, he got another call and informed me that it was a doctor and that it was very important that he speak to this doctor. And he kept repeating the word doctor as if I don’t compare to the importance of the doctor needing to speak with him. It was business not personal medical he informed me. I waited seven weeks for him to call me to tell me that and treat me so insignificantly. Brown and Croupen and recommended him and they should not anymore. Their staff was extremely kind and compassionate. I would recommend that they drop these lawyers and find authentically, compassionate people to help everyone equally.

Mr. Taylor is a good person to have on your side. I was hurt on my job and his team was patient and kind in helping me get a lil peace of mind. He didnt just settle he negotiated in my best interest and for that I am forever grateful.
