I have been trying to work with Rita since I found out my mother passed away. With very little communication, we have decided to use another attorney, but we cannot get any information that apparently Rita has for my mother. I definitely give her a thumbs down.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We have been in a succession for over a year for my grandfather and have made NO progress. She does not communicate with us or update on the process. We were told back in April of this year that the estate would be closed in 30 days (May 2021). It is now November of 2021 and we have not spoken to Rita since April 2021. No one ever answers the phone and the do not return calls. I would NOT recommend this attorney!!
