If I could give zero stars, I would. I approached Paul Riggs asking for help with modifying child support and holding my ex-husband accountable for a verbal agreement regarding property. I wasted $6,000 and did not get what I wanted. First of all, no one, and I mean NO ONE, ever knew what was going on regarding my case. I had to explain my situation EVERY time regardless of who I spoke to (including Paul). That should have been red flag number one (my fault for ignoring it). When it came time to finalize the paperwork, I was not happy with the outcome. I am only getting $919/month for four kids and because we both work but my ex makes more, we have to split expenses 75% & 25%. I told Paul that is unrealistic and unsustainable and he pretty much said, “Oh well”. There was no fighting for what was in MY best interest or what made the most sense. Why would he? He gets paid no matter how crappy of a job he does. To make matters worse, I emailed him at one point telling him I was not happy and no longer needed his services. He apologized and offered to finish my case for free. Think that happened? Absolutely not. Definitely do NOT recommend.

The Riggs team was personable and great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I want to recognize Logan in particular as he was extremely diligent, thorough and worked hard behind the scenes to practically perform miracles on my behalf! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend this law office.
