First and foremost do not believe these 5 star rave reviews about this place. I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband retained this firm after he was injured at work due to negligence of a truck driver from a major trucking company. When I tell you there was almost zero communication from his attorney for two years. He hurt his back and shoulder. Went to different doctors. Needed different tests done but the insurance company for the trucking company said no so that was the end of that. No push back from his attorney for the tests. They sent him to physical therapy which made his condition worse. He had to pay out of pocket for all his meds prescribed. They sent him a prescription card to use that did not work. He eventually had to quit his job due to pain. Three years later his condition is the same if not worse. When I tell you this attorney dropped the ball on this case. He waited over two years for a settlement and they got him a few thousand dollars. Not including the medical bills. We wanted to cry. This was a major trucking company! I was involved in a minor fender bender years back with minimal injury and got more money using Mama Justice than my husband got for his major injuries/loss of job using Schwartz. Do not use this attorney. They will not fight for you. They will not respond or update you with any information. They had the opportunity to get major money with this and they completely blew it. They genuinely act like they do not care. My recommendation find a lawyer who genuinely cares about you. This one is all about perfect reviews and bragging about cases won. Do not fall for it!

First red flag here is a firm this big was unable to get a simple police report on a accident. I had to get for them through the insurance company. They told me to do a bunch of stuff which I did example chiropractor and physical therapy. Did all my medical treatment and still doing it. I then had to call to get information and ask questions on how to proceed. Out of nowhere the bad paralegal threatened to drop me after starting all this stuff. Which was anthor red flag they didn’t seem to be in my corner because they would have to actually do some work on my behalf. To top things off after doing what they asked my insurance company calls me out of nowhere to ask me medical questions. I’m like I have attorney for that and they said they dropped me. I’m like well that’s nice they didn’t notify me. What a horrible experience I had to prepare my own statements and everything out of nowhere instead of giving me the courtesy of finding a different attorney because this place is lazy.

Doesn’t a matter how much is the profit of my case�. it’s a person’s case! If is important for you, it’s important for us. That was the professional and personal attention than I had received from Richard Schwartz & Assoc. through of Dr. McDaniels and his team. Thanks.
