First red flag here is a firm this big was unable to get a simple police report on a accident. I had to get for them through the insurance company. They told me to do a bunch of stuff which I did example chiropractor and physical therapy. Did all my medical treatment and still doing it. I then had to call to get information and ask questions on how to proceed. Out of nowhere the bad paralegal threatened to drop me after starting all this stuff. Which was anthor red flag they didn’t seem to be in my corner because they would have to actually do some work on my behalf. To top things off after doing what they asked my insurance company calls me out of nowhere to ask me medical questions. I’m like I have attorney for that and they said they dropped me. I’m like well that’s nice they didn’t notify me. What a horrible experience I had to prepare my own statements and everything out of nowhere instead of giving me the courtesy of finding a different attorney because this place is lazy.

Doesn’t a matter how much is the profit of my case�. it’s a person’s case! If is important for you, it’s important for us. That was the professional and personal attention than I had received from Richard Schwartz & Assoc. through of Dr. McDaniels and his team. Thanks.
