Richard is the worst person to deal with. He’s very rude and disrespectful. His workers say one thing and lie about never saying it. They do not have integrity here. Please get this man out of office.

It has to be a way to file a complaint and get this guy out of office, he garnished our wages for $3,500 from a $300 dentist bill that we have no record of and then turned around and garnished us with an additional $300 in fees. At this point I convinced that this is clearly how he makes his living by praying on the poor. What a waist of an attorney. He is is not hired to collect these debt he is obviously going to different places buying these debts then turning around and suing. The math is just not adding up.
