Absolute clowns!!!

First and last time with this company. (They were assigned by the state for my Mom.) (My family didn’t choose them) She was assigned Kristin Redman. She has zero common sense. Very hard to deal with. Hard to get ahold of. Purposely takes forever to complete judge ordered tasks to prolong the case in order to charge more. All she cares about it making your case last as long as possible and charge you as much as possible. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time or your money. Go with someone else. Typical response. Can’t address my concerns? Not a previous client? (Quickly forget your clients?) Funny, similar actions to when Kristin was assigned to my mother. Again, don’t waste your time.

Unable to get a call returned for a simple matter. Cops ran someone in Mandan do a hit and run on camera footage. Their Geico insurance company will not come and look at pickup and guarantee payment to get a mirror sensor panel and bumper and paint damage to whole left side of vehicle references in cop report. Cops gave Geico client citation. Adjuster had Covid they will not take phone calls. Had to take a 500 month pay cut to transfer to get away from person who hit pickup. After cops served person who hit parked vehicle in private lot her friends started harassing me at work. This should be a simple case to Sue out against Geico. I had to switch companies. Mine refused to subrogate the existing claim with Geico.
