My lawyer was Scoot Galiler and he was over my workers comp case vs Ati. The talk a good game and couldn’t back it up at the end. We started out we a good negotiation but they didn’t give us what we wanted and he wanted to settle on the first offer saying your not going to get more then this. He was call me every week to take every new off they throw out at us so we didn’t take it to court. So me holding out and not taking the other offers got us 27,000 more but every offer before that he kept saying your not going to get anymore then this. This was so depressing for me and my family. He had no back bone for this case and I did all the work. I just decided to part ways and sgin the and get it over with. Everybody won except me and I lost my job for nothing. If I had a better lawyer that was in my corner I would have got want I was owed now I will have to deal with the consequences. Hope you sleep good at night Scott Galiler.
