The Ramos law team is the all time best in the world. Alicia and Rachel guided me through every step of the process. They treated me with kindness and understanding during every interaction. No other law firm is as wonderful as Ramos law.
I can’t give this an honest rating because I’ve never used this Law Firm. However I doubt I ever would considering the arrogance of his ads. I know three other men that are both doctors and lawyers so his statement at the end of every ad just comes off as arrogant and smug but no one else can say that. Every time he comes on the television or radio I turn the channel and will use any other law firm if I ever have the need but not his for that reason and that reason alone.
Was in an accident almost 3 years ago. Had Frank Azar who sat on my case for 2 yrs. There was next to no contact & went through 3 attorneys without being notified. Since Ramos office took my case, they have been amazing. They are completely on top of my case, and check on me to see how I’m doing. Thank you to Alicia Oaks, Viviana Cook, & Brian Calandra. You guy’s for all you’re doing
