Very bad and unprofessional services. My case was handled by Mr. Paul and his paralegal. His paralegal Rachna made careless mistake due to which I got RFE. In 5years, I was assigned multiple paralegal which makes so inconvenient because everytime you need to trust a new paralegal and you do not know how the work will turn. THEY HANG UP CALLS. HE EVEN INSULTED Me. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER APPROACHED THEM FOR MY HUSBAND’S FILE.

They are extremely rude and totally mean. I would strongly suggest not to consult them for any legal process. I visited them with my friend and a guy who calls himself a lawyer insulated my friend badly. Being a lawyer he used some disturbing words for my friend and we had to leave the office for being badly treated at the office. As a lawyer he needs to learn some moral lessons, I still doubt who gave him a degree. Total disappointment.
