So far I am pleased with the associates that represent this company. Mitch has kept an open line of communication, has been informative with my process, and his compassion was heartfelt.

I contacted Rainwater Holt and Sexton after I was informed by a neurosurgeon that I would require an extensive cervical spinal fusion, realizing that it would result in loss of range of motion in my neck and head. While waiting for my case to go to court I also suffered a dominant arm shoulder injury that also required surgery to repair. I had a severe SLAP tear, torn rotator cuff, and bone spur that resulted in my shoulder continually coming out of its socket. I not only required repair of the inner shoulder they also installed a metal anchor to keep my shoulder in place. Knowing that these complications would further affect my daily life, they fought hard for 2 years to win my case! And my case was won!!! They will never know how much I appreciate them and the help I received from their offices! They were thorough and determined every step of the way! Such amazing and compassionate people, empathetic at every turn! I will always hope they understand the depth of my appreciation and how much their efforts and hard work have brighten my future in so many ways! My quality of daily life May become tough at times but not as tough as it could have been without them! Thank you so very much for helping the Community who truly needs you! I forgot to mention the 2 wonderful ladies that gave me so much support and encouragement and worked so very hard for my case! I would time and time again request these 2 ladies to be on my team without fail! I feel like they have drug their feet the whole process (it is still ongoing) open since November
