I am very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. While my son’s bodily injury case was eventually settled, I repeatedly asked about my vehicle and my personal property claim throughout the case. I felt like I was given the runaround for over two years and was never clearly told about any deadline that could affect my rights.
During that time, my vehicle remained in impound and was eventually sold. I repeatedly contacted the office by text and phone asking about my vehicle, but I did not feel my concerns were properly addressed. I am now being told that my property damage claim is too late, which has left me feeling frustrated and devastated.
Communication was poor, and I felt that my questions were not answered in a clear or timely manner. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone hiring this firm to ask detailed questions about all aspects of their case, including property damage claims, and to make sure they understand any important deadlines.
Another month has passed and still my daughter has not received her settlement check. They’ve had to settlement check from the insurance company for over 3 months. I wouldn’t use this law firm again to save my life.
