My husband was in a car accident aug 5th 2025 .several lawyers took his case then dropped it because he had got the ticket for going through a stop sign .and what the video showed on the police car.my husband was side swiped by a 19 year old girl it happened on a back road .my husband he was in critical condition.and taken by hellicoper to the trauma unit.he broke his arm and broke his wrist.he shattered his spine and shattered his pelvis his lung calasped,he was having mini strokes,he broke 8 ribs ,he dislocated his eye,he broke his jaw and broke 8 bones in his neck.he has severe nerve damage in his leg and foot and unable to walk with out a walker.he is getting tests done now to see what is going on with his leg and foot ..he flew out his drivers window and landed in a corn field..the girl who hit him was oveously going at a very high speed as the cars do out on those back roads.so now no lawyer will take his case because of a police report the police wernt there so how can they know who was at fault.and took the word of the other driver.what about my husband? Who will fight for him seeing he was knocked out and could not say what happened..ive been with my husband a very long time he never went through a stop sign.so he is looking for a lawyer who will take his case and fight for him not listen to a police report.so if you wont help him dont bother wasting our time .we already hear yes we will take his case then get the police report and drop the case..its sad that he gets no justice because he was unable to talk because ge almost lost his life
