DO NOT GO to this firm. I had to fire them because after 3 months of receiving chiropractic care, my medical bills were very high. Someone in their office was not doing their job to monitor the medical bills. They referred me to the chiropractor. I should have known they were smamming me. Their answer to the high bills was “you can just make payments to pay them off”. That meant that I would end up with $0 for my pain and suffering. Luckily, another attorney took my case pro-bono. They were able to help me and I ended up with $15,000 as my settlement. Needless to say, the Board of Chiropractors did an investigation and had the chiropractor go on probation because he was inflating several of his patients’ medical bills. Look somewhere else for legal representation if you want to avoid headaches.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful

They were great! They took care of everything for me….although I didn’t attain their service for the money, I believe I could have received a bit more than I did. I wish they would have asked me how this accident impacted my everyday life with certain things( again, appreciate them) I had a journal, never asked me if I had one or how I felt during the whole time. Hey, in the end my bills were paid and I came away with a lil pocket change….All good!! Thanks Pincus & Associates!! (That sounded like a commercial 🤣) Shall I expect a check??? Oh Oh!! The ladies at the front desk Were Awesome!! You’ll be getting some flowers as soon as i get around to it…(sorry I can’t remember names) Thanks Again.
