Update: In December 2022, I took Pickard Law at their word and sent a private email to both Joe and Jay Pickard with additional information, documentation and specifics outlining what I felt was a fair outcome. It is now February 27, 2023 and I was not even given the courtesy and respect of a response. Once again Pickard Law has been most disappointing and is not concerned with looking at reasonable outcomes. It is easier to just ignore. I will never recommend this law firm and specifically Kevin Massaro. I hope this is helpful to someone. Below is my original review: I was most disappointed with my experience with Kevin Massaro at Pickard Law. I communicated more than once that I did not believe Kevin was concerned with the things that were important to me in my divorce proceedings. I paid a lot of money and did not even get to the point of the my financial spreadsheet being completed. When I would bring my concerns to Kevin he either deemed them not important enough to spend his hourly wage on – not his decision, didn’t communicate back to me – like the date scheduled for mediation – when I was going to be out of town – or labeled me emotional stating that was not helpful and to stop. Not the attorney I needed to be in my corner. Really frustrating and expensive lesson to learn. Hope this is helpful to someone.
Worst experience of my life with this law firm. Avoid them if at all possible. I’d give zero stars if I could
