I would give 0 stars but it doesn’t let me. I have not once received an update regarding my case without me reaching out to find out first. I was even moved from my initial case handler to another one due to lack of response and what appeared to be my case slipping through the cracks. Despite being moved, still having issues. I have had to reach out to a supervisor several times just to get a response. I am now to the negotiation stage and what was supposed to be approx 45 days for a response from the defendant parties insurance has now turned into several months. My demand letter was sent earlier September and here we are in Feb with no update from anyone. I have even reached out via email twice to the demand processor to which my emails have been ignored. Will never use Phillips again.
