These people confused an “and/ or” and instead of asking the settlement administrator, they simply just didn’t submit important evidence to my 3m hearing pro lawsuit. I lost. They are clearly incompetent and prey upon people. Would not recommend, ever, to anyone, for any reason ever. I hope they enjoyed eating the 1,000 dollar fee.
Bottom line, Peterson & Associates is a top notch law firm, I was severly injured in a car accident, my attorney Kevin Young was with me from the moment I contacted them, until my case settled. He is the most professional attorney I have ever had, he always kept in touch throughout my case, keeping me in the loop on how it was going. I am so thankful for his hard work and the outcome he got for me was beyond my expectations. Peterson & Associates is not one of those law firms that runs around town telling everyone I got this, they actually do and they show it by results and actually caring about there clients. I would definitely recommend Dave Peterson and his crew before anybody else.
