We met Marc A a few months ago via video conference. He was incredibly professional as well as casual enough to be genuine. He explained everything in great detail and didn’t get annoyed when we needed to make changes or clarify. I think Abraham was the person who attended the final call with us and we were really grateful to have him check in before AND after with updates. The process is kind of long and tedious for obvious reasons, but everyone on the team was knowledgeable and kind.
