If you are considering Peter Angelo’s law firm for a medical malpractice case, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, prospective clients should be aware of several major red flags:
Lack of Attorney Involvement: The firm heavily relies on paralegals to handle the actual work rather than the attorneys you hire.
Poor Communication: Whenever I requested updates directly from the attorneys, they became visibly irritated and unprofessional. They do not seem to want clients who ask reasonable questions about the progress of their case.
Lack of Transparency: When I was told that medical experts cost a significant amount of money, I simply asked for the specific cost and documentation to show me. Instead of providing transparency, a representative named Marissa Joelson, Esquire immediately withdrew from our case.
It became clear to me that this firm does not want clients who look closely at their work, ask valid questions, or request reasonable updates. If you are dealing with a serious medical malpractice claim, save yourself the frustration and avoid this firm.
I would give them a 0 if I could. If you do sign up, then be sure to demand an itemized account of bills they claim to have paid and definitely check the receipts/ cleared checks.
I’ve called with a very serious case and they have yet to call me back. I called them over a week ago. Still waiting�. 🤔
