We needed to update our estate plans and worked with Jason Haymore.I was extremely stressed when we started the process. We had many concerns and a rather complicated situation. Jason is avery caring, knowledgeable professional and immediately put us at ease. He answered our many questions ( and I had many) in easy to understand terms, and helped us through difficult decisions. His entire team always responded very quickly to our emails and phone messages. We definitely recommend him for your estate planning needs.
What a horrible experience with this firm. My case was grossly mishandled and the lawyer clearly didn’t bother to read the previous paperwork on the case, even though I was billed as if they did, their lack of competence resulted in more errors and confusion; final paperwork was filed with typos and grammatical errors –; to a tune of 425 per hour you would expect the lawyer to be literate. Errors in simple math filing financial paperwork. I was billed twice the hours for making corrections I pointed out. Instead of helping they just milked the situation. I really wanted to like them, but these people are clowns, not professionals. Do not recommend.
UPDATE: They did call back and say they would do a zoom meeting but that was only after losing me as a customer. They were not willing to work with me on having the initial consultation via video conference based on nothing but the attorney’s preference, not the client’s preference, time costs or travel costs. If they’re this hard to work with in the initial phases of work, I can’t imagine they’re very responsive to client’s needs.
