Hired this firm for help with a commercial lease issue. Communication was terrible. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and even then, responses were vague and delayed. They missed reviewing a key clause that ended up costing me significantly. When I brought it up, they brushed it off instead of taking accountability. I expected a level of professionalism and attention to detail that simply wasn’t there. I felt more stressed with them than without.
