We have been customers of Gene Carlino for almost 20 years. He did our trusts for us. We have been trying to get together with him for an appointment for the last year. He has canceled on us 3 times. He never tried to reschedule and never gave us any reason for the cancelations. The last time it happened, there was a wind advisory that day. My husband joked that Gene would cancel again. Sure enough, someone from his office called and canceled within a couple hours of the appointment. There were no excuses nor any offer to reschedule us or try to fit us in. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in Gene Carlino and the fact that his long time clients don’t seem to matter to him.
